Not only do we provide you with the purchase and financing of your new charging station, but you will also have a specialised after-sales department, in charge of controlling and supervising that your equipment is working correctly, detecting incidents and contacting the technical service to offer you a solution in record time.

What maintenance does my charging point need?

Whatever charger you need, the most important thing for continuous, reliable and convenient charging is communication. Our recharging stations contain the latest technology, but you also have the option of including two-way communication with our operator’s head office, with which you will get:

What is the installation period?

Once we receive the documentation for the acquisition of the charger, a confirmation visit will be made. During this visit, technicians from our collaborating company will visit the supply point to verify that the installation can be carried out in optimum conditions to ensure both the new charger to be installed and the safety of the electrical installation of the point and the vehicle itself.

When we confirm the suitability of your installation, within a period not exceeding 30 working days, you will enjoy your electric vehicle charger.

What is the warranty on the equipment?

The guarantee of the equipment is offered by the manufacturer. The current minimum period required by law is three years.

How can I finance my electric vehicle charger?

In keeping with our commitment to offer you the best technology, together with convenient financing included in your electricity bill, you can divide the payment of your new equipment into 18 monthly instalments.

In the event that you have a business, you will also have access to our technological leasing (financing offered for companies or self-employed).

This is the easiest way to amortise your recharging station because:

• You will save from the first minute, with your project installed and running. You take care of the enjoyment, we take care of the rest.
• This monthly saving quota is the same as the one that in turn finances the leasing quota of the installation.
